Assessment & Examination Policy

Due to the high level of competition and strict requirements set by our international employer clients, our certification standards are rigorous:

  • The minimum passing grade is set at 90% to ensure only competent candidates qualify.
  • Each candidate is allowed a maximum of 2 attempts per certification level.
  • Attempt limits reset automatically every 6 months from the date of your first attempt.
  • Results are final and no re-marking requests are accepted.
