📋 Documents Required Before You Start

  • Updated CV/Resume in international format, matching your current application.
  • GlobalCare Level Certificate(s) obtained from our accredited partners.
  • Certified Reference Letter.
  • Certified Professional Certificate / License — only for professional job applications.
  • Official Endorsement Letter issued by your chosen accredited partner.

⚠️ Important Information & Guidelines

  • You may apply for Level 1 jobs if available, but note: most clients do not accept Level 1 or Level 2 certificates from certain regions. We strongly recommend obtaining at least Level 3 Certification to significantly increase your chances of being hired.
  • We maintain a strict zero‑discrimination policy — there is no tolerance for bias based on race, nationality, or location. Applications are open to all eligible candidates worldwide. However, final decisions to accept or reject applications rest entirely with our hiring clients, in line with their specific requirements. To maximize your chances of success, we strongly recommend holding at least Level 3 certification.
  • Applying for Level 3 positions with only Level 1 or Level 2 certification will result in immediate rejection. Repeated unsuccessful applications reduce your profile ranking, as clients can view your application history and reasons for previous decisions.
  • All documents undergo background verification and must carry the official stamp of your chosen accredited partner.
  • Submitting fake or uncertified documents without the required stamp will lead to automatic denial and possible account suspension.
  • All certificates must be verified for authenticity. Use the “Verify Certificate” tool available on our website.
  • Once an offer is accepted, you must sign and return the contract within the specified timeframe; otherwise, the offer may be withdrawn.
  • Visa processing and documentation costs are usually sponsored by the hiring client. In some cases, costs may be recovered via an agreed monthly deduction from your salary.
  • While we do not guarantee employment or visa issuance, applicants who follow our process have a 75% success rate.
  • No placement, application, or processing fees are charged by GlobalCare or its affiliates.
  • Costs for exam preparation, certificate issuance, and legal authentication are service fees charged directly by your chosen training partner — we have no control over these rates.
  • To receive certification at any level, you must score a minimum of 90% in your assessment.
  • Exams may only be retaken twice within a 6‑month period. This ensures you meet the high standards required by our partner employers.
